Former Teacher Moua (Nkaj Vaj) Thao's Blessing Ceremony

Mr. Moua (Nkaj Vaj) Thao is a well known leader in the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin and a respectful former teacher among the Hmong Community. His family held a special Blessing Ceremony for his 60th Birthday and Accomplishments. Attendees were his families, relatives, friends, doctors and students. He received a "Benevolent Medal of Honor" commemorating many years of his generous service to the Hmong people by Dr. Xa Xiong Foundation: A Quest for Education.
