Petty Officer First Class Wang Kee Zeng Xiong U.S. Navy Retirement Celebration Saturday, October 25th, 2014

WHEREAS:

September, 1994, enlisted the journey of Wang Kee Zeng Xiong in the United States Navy. WHEREAS:

During the interim, he acquired the necessary military skills and received both pins in recognition of an excellent surface warfare (SW) and air warfare (AW), and continued to serve his country to the best of his abilities. He stationed in many countries around the globe, provided special technical expertise and served as a leader to his unit. After many years of serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy he was promoted to Petty Officer First Class which is the 6th rank in the United States Navy. WHEREAS:

September, 2014, marked the twenty anniversary and the retirement of Petty Officer First Class Wang Kee Zeng Xiong who diligently served the United States Navy. WHEREAS:

Petty Officer First Class Wang Kee Zeng Xiong is the very first Hmong, a Xiong, who is a son, a brother, an uncle, a cousin, a leader, and a friend to each one of us. You are a great example to all of us. NOW, THEREFORE, I, DR. XA XIONG, MD, DC, Dr. Xa Xiong Foundation: A Quest for Education, do hereby commemorate Petty Officer First Class (PO1) Wang Kee Zeng Xiong the "Benevolent Medal of Honor" - someone who provides service with charitable and kindness rather than self profit-making purpose. We would like to commemorate you for your generous service and congratulations on your retirement from the United States Navy. May the Lord, Mother Nature, and Ancestors bless you and your family with good health, good wealth and prosperity for many years to come.
